Reporting a potential cybersecurity vulnerability

Please email your concern in broad detail (in English) to [email protected]. Once we have received your message, a Product Security team member will acknowledge receipt of initial email and contact you to initiate a secure communication channel to discuss your concern. 

The [email protected] email address is intended only for the purposes of reporting security vulnerabilities with medical device products from the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Family of Companies.

Please navigate to “Login” click on “Request Account” and fill out the requested information.

Anyone whose organization buys J&J MedTech products and is responsible for the security of devices in your organization.

Please click on “Login.” Next, click on “External Customer Login” and fill out your username. Click “Next” then click on “Forgot Password?” to follow the steps on resetting the password for your account. If you have any issues please click on the “Need help? Contact us” link at the bottom of the page where you insert your username.

1. Login to your account and navigate to the “Franchise List” page. Click on the Franchise you want to view and click on the document you want to review and download your product version of that document.      

2. If you do not have an account with us, you can request an account by going to “Login” and click on the “Request Account” button. Fill out the requested information on the registration form and click “Request Account”. Someone on the Johnson & Johnson Product Security Team will review your registration to see if you qualify for an account.    

Login to your account and navigate to the "Franchise List", select the franchise your product is a part of, and click on “Release Details” to find the document for your product.

Please navigate to the "Franchise List" page to view the Franchises that have products in scope for security documents.
